Our services in the above areas include all areas of litigation. Through our involvement in bar associations, our engagement as lecturers and our academic publications, we are actively contributing to the further development of these dynamic fields of law.

A traditional focus of our services is the work on cases of a technical nature, especially patent prosecution. Not only our patent attorneys, but also our attorneys at law are familiar with technical matters, two of whom also have an additional university qualification as graduate engineer and physicist, respectively. Beside large domestic and foreign corporations, we also advise many medium-sized businesses. Our firm’s general emphasis on the above-listed areas of law as well as our technical specialization allow us to comprehensively meet their individual demands in IP matters.

We defend the intellectual property rights and the products of our clients in infringement proceedings in all courts across Germany. The close cooperation with our clients’ patent attorneys, who we support in infringement cases, has always been of particular importance to us. The same holds true for our cooperation with other legal advisers, tax advisers and auditors of our clients.

On the international level, we can use a well-established network of patent attorneys and law firms in almost all parts of the world for the protection abroad of our clients‘ intellectual property rights, for cross-border agreements, and for joint ventures.
